- Website forms (prequalification, supplies, contact): company or client name, contact person, email, phone, project location and the technical details you describe (dimensions, use, timelines).
- WhatsApp: your phone number, profile name and the content of the messages you send to the IGS number.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type and pages visited, for security and site operation. We do not use advertising cookies.
3. How we use it
- To respond to your request, prepare a prequalification or quote and follow up on your project.
- To communicate with you by email, phone or WhatsApp about your request.
- To comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.
We do not sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.
4. Who we share it with
Only with providers that help us operate, under confidentiality agreements: Meta Platforms (WhatsApp Business Platform), hosting, email and document storage providers, and Elevatia (elevatia.do), which manages the technology behind this site and the WhatsApp channel on behalf of IGS. We may disclose data when required by law.
5. WhatsApp
Our WhatsApp number runs on Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform. By messaging us, you accept that your messages are processed by Meta under its own terms and privacy policy. You can stop receiving messages by replying "STOP" or blocking the number.
6. Retention
We keep requests and conversations while a business relationship or a legitimate interest in your project exists, and afterwards for as long as the law requires.
7. Your rights
You may ask us to access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent, by writing to info@igsgroupusa.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures (encryption in transit, restricted access) to protect your data. No system is infallible; if we detect an incident affecting you, we will notify you.
